Acrilex was founded in 1964 in Sao Paulo and in 1972, had its premises transferred to Rustenburg, in the Greater ABC Paulista.
Today, the Acrilex is considered the largest plant in Latin America in the segment of paints for handicrafts and is also among the largest companies in the sectors of artistic and educational paint products.
In addition to regularly exporting to almost all of Latin America, the company also distributes its products to some countries in Africa and Europe. In Brazil, Acrilex has approximately 10,000 points of sales.
