Almaris International Trade is a Brazilian trading company headquartered in São Paulo that offers operational foreign trade services to producers, cooperatives, industries and companies that already have access to international buyers but need the structure to execute the export with legal, fiscal and documentary security.
Our focus: the operation, not the sale.
We act as the foreign trade operational arm of your business. You maintain the business relationship with the buyer, set price, volume, and term. We perform all the technical part that keeps those who are not experts in comex up at night.
Operational Services Offered:
Qualification in RADAR/SISCOMEX for companies that do not yet have it. Issuance of Export Registration (RE) and Single Export Declaration (DU-E). Structuring of international contracts with correct Incoterms 2020 (FOB, CIF, CFR). Complete management of certificates — Certificate of Origin, Phytosanitary, Certificate of Analysis, Fumigation. Customs clearance with certified AEO-S partner freight forwarder, with agility in the channel and priority in the conference. Logistics coordination of maritime booking, container stuffing, internal transport and delivery at the port. Export exchange with partner banks (Itaú, Santander). International buyer service in Portuguese, English and Spanish throughout the operation.
Modalities of action:
Export on account and order — you retain ownership, we execute the operation on your behalf. Direct export — we acquire your goods and export as holders. Export on demand — we operate with a buyer already defined by the customer. Punctual consulting for specific operations.
