Caranday® is our first Trademark, is on the one hand the homage to the traditional Brand that historically had the Beekeeping Establishment La Nodriza. Caranday is also a recognition of a type of native Palm, the Palma Caranday, which is distributed in the Center of the Province of Entre Ríos Mieles multiflorales, in general does not predominate a particular botanical species, but are a varied mixture of the different contributions of different botanical species. Usually these honeys are different between batches and are differentiated by their aroma, taste and color. To make a distinction of them we present them in two groups of multifloral honeys: Soft and Intense.
Soft: Green label, are liquid honeys, but that over time crystallize or sugar with a viscous consistency. They are extra light amber, usually presented in soft and floral flavors, fruity and acidic.
Intense: Brown label. Honeys settled for a greater amount of time. Its color varies between light amber and amber with reddish and brown hues, flavors
more intense and marked.
They are available in glass polyethylene containers with screw cap, In capacities of 250 g. (pack x20 u) 500 g. (pack x10 u) Y 1 kg. (pack x8 u). Pour line: 250 g. and 500 g.
