Directions to use:
• Room Diffuser:
Add 5 drops of essential oil (EO) and, optionally, 10 drops of water.
Plug it into the outlet for an average-sized room of 30m².
• Water Diffuser:
Add 1 to 2 drops of essential oil for every 100ml of water.
Turn on the appliance and configure it to your preference.
Avoid using in diffusers with a cotton filter or nebulizers.
•Inhalation:
Drip 1 to 3 drops of essential oil onto a piece of cotton.
Place it between your cupped hands and inhale deeply 3 to 5 times.
• Facial Care:
For use on the face, dilute 0.5% to 1%.
Mix 1 to 2 drops of essential oil in 10g of carrier base and apply after mixing.
• General Body Care:
For whole-body use, dilute 0.5% to 2%.
Mix 7 to 25 drops of essential oil in 50g of carrier base and apply after mixing.
• Care for Specific Areas of the Body:
For specific areas of the body, dilute 2% to 5%.
Mix 10 to 25 drops of essential oil in 20g of carrier base and apply after mixing.
Massage the area for about 5 minutes to maximize the benefits of the essential oils.
• Hair Care:
For hair care, dilute 1% to 2%.
Mix 4 to 7 drops of essential oil in 20g of carrier base or mild shampoo and apply after mixing.
• What is a Carrier Base? A carrier foundation is a neutral product, such as a cream, scrub, gel, or butter blend, that helps dilute the essential oil for application to the skin and hair. All the products in our line work as carrier bases. This dilution is essential, as essential oils are highly concentrated and can cause sensitivity if used pure.
