We had the need to build a coffee brand to serve the public (customers, relatives, friends) who visited our specialty coffee crop and asked to toast and taste the coffee, so we built the Baroness Coffee brand. We offer super special coffees in grains, harvested through manual selective harvesting, we do not use machines for grain harvesting. We offer excellence in coffee, best aroma, better flavor, everything a coffee lover looks for special. Our inspiration was to produce a coffee made with art. The differential was that our beans were harvested by hand, grain by grain and all ripe beans, and our art was reproduced in coffee, so we say that Café Baroness is a coffee made with art. The creators of Café Baroness are the family, children who work hard to produce quality. Anna Mazzi and Marco, bought the Mundo Novo Farm in 1996, which was already from a family of coffee growers. The children Fernando Mazzi , who at the time was 1 year old and Fabrizio Mazzi who was 4 years old, then the children took the taste for dealing with coffee and today is aged 25 and 30 years, and they are the ones who run the crop along with 4 other collaborators. The founding city is Bom Sucesso in Minas Gerais, campo das Vertentes region and today we have a distribution point in São Paulo, in Vila Olímpia. We won coffee quality contests in 2019 we were ranked in the ABIC Origens do Brasil coffee quality contest with a score of 85.51 (SCA) and in 2021 we were ranked in the Agro-Br, Apex, CNA competition. "Café do Brasil para o Mundo" award with 86.62 (SCA), which gave us good visibility with our brand.
