This is a small four-axis high-speed drilling equipment with an effective processing stroke: X-axis 1000mm, Z-axis 200mm, and A-axis rotation of 360 degrees. It is suitable for processing products that require multi-angle automatic indexing and automatic positioning drilling. Through four-axis rotation, the product can be processed on multiple sides, thereby reducing the number of clamping times and improving processing efficiency and processing accuracy. The transmission shaft of the whole machine is controlled by an absolute servo motor, and the positioning accuracy is kept within 0.02mm. The screw guide rails are made of Taiwan Hiwin brand, with good precision retention. The system uses a standard CNC machining center numerical control system, which can be programmed by computer or manually, and supports direct import of CAD drawings to automatically generate processing programs. Before the equipment leaves the factory, the whole machine is tested for accuracy and compensated with a usa API laser . After the sample is processed, it is fatigue test for 48 hour.
