The Slitting Lines - Esquadros® LCL offers precision and total quality on the surface of the recoiled strips.

Our Rotary Shears are built with high structural rigidity and manufactured with millesimal precision, guaranteeing perfect quality in the cutting of the strips. The various recoiling set options ensure that the highest standards are met in terms of the quality of the edge of the rolls and the tension applied to the strips.

The Esquadros® LCL Slitting Lines meet the most diverse market needs, processing coils with thicknesses from 0.10 mm to 6.35 mm, widths of up to 2,500 mm, and speeds of up to 120 m/min, in materials such as carbon steel, high-strength steels, galvanized steel, galvalume, pre-painted, stainless steel, silicon steel, aluminium and non-ferrous metals.

Esquadros® LCL Slitting Lines can be applied in various industry segments. We have experience in applications for the construction industry (structural profiles, dry-wall and steel frame, gutters and ducts); welded seam pipe manufacturers; warehousing industry (pallet racking profiles); metal frames; cable trays and trays; steel service centers; among others, always observing the properties of the materials to be processed and the requirements and particularities of each customer.

The flexible design and a wide range of optional equipment increase the operational ease and productivity of the set, and can drastically reduce setup times.
