Description
HPAA is chemically stable, not easy to hydrolyze, not easy to be destroyed by acid and alkali, safe to use, non-toxic and non-polluting. HPAA can improve the solubility of zinc. Its corrosion inhibition capacity is 5-8 times that of HEDP and EDTMP. When constructed with low molecular weight polymers, it is better at corrosion inhibition. HPAA is mainly used as a cathodic corrosion inhibitor in oilfield make-up water systems in steel, petrochemical, power plant and medical fields. The effect is even better when made with zinc salts.
