Product overview<br />
The D/DM/DF series is a horizontal, single-suction and segmented multi-stage centrifugal pump. The D series pump has a horizontal inlet and a vertical upward outlet; the DF/DM series pump has vertical upward inlet and outlet (except that the DF 155-30 pump has a horizontal inlet). The suction section, middle section, discharge section, bearing body and pump housing parts are integrated with draw-in bolts. The stage of the pump is selected based on the lift. The rotor for this series of pump mainly consists of the shaft and parts on the shaft including the impeller, shaft sleeve and balancing disk among which the number of the impeller is determined according to the stage of the pump. Flat keys and shaft nuts are used to tighten the parts on the shaft to integrate them with the shaft. The rotor is supported by rolling or sliding bearings on both ends. Bearings are chose according to the type, and they don't bear the axial force which is balanced by the balance disk. When the pump is in operation, the rotor is allowed to move axially inside the pump housing, and radial ball bearing can't be used. The rolling and sliding bearings are lubricated with grease and thin oil respectively, the oil ring is used for self-lubrication, and the circulating water cools down. This series of pump is directly driven by the prime mover through an elastic coupler.<br />
Product use<br />
It is used for pumping of clean water without solid particles (abrasive materials) or suspended matters or other fluids with a physicochemical property similar to that of clean water as well as of hot water, oils, corrosive or abrasive media, etc. through change of the material of the pump (or of its flow passage component) and the sealing form and addition of the cooling system.<br />
1) D series: The D series pump is used to pump clean water without solid particles and below 80°C or fluids with a physicochemical property similar to that of clean water. It is suitable for mines, plants and urban water supply and discharge projects.<br />
2) DF series: The DF series pump is used to pump corrosive fluids without solid particles and at a temperature of - 20°C ~ 105°C. Its permissible inlet pressure is less than 0.6 MPa. Users can reasonably choose the pump material, sealing form and pump structure and determine the motor capacity according to the name, concentration, specific gravity and operating temperature of the pumped medium, pump inlet pressure, etc.<br />
3) DM (or MD) series: The DM (or MD) series pump is used to pump neutral mine water with a particle content less than or equal to 1.5% and a particle size less than or equal to 0.5 mm and at a temperature of - 20°C ~ 80°C and other similar sewage.
