Risers and their functions:

The riser is a supplementary part attached to the top or side of the casting to avoid defects in the casting, in the casting mold, the cavity of the riser is a cavity for storing liquid metal, and the metal is replenished when the casting is formed, which has the effect of preventing shrinkage porosity, shrinkage porosity, exhaust and slag collection. The riser made of insulation material is called thermal insulation riser, and the molten metal in the thermal insulation riser has a longer solidification time than the ordinary riser, saving metal.

Function introduction:

The riser forming machine is semi-automatic control, pneumatic transmission, and adopts vacuum suction and filtration process to form, which is suitable for the production of various straight, waist-shaped, neck-shrinking and oblique neck open risers and thermal insulation cover series products with a riser diameter of 150mm-600mm and a forming height of 350mm.

Process:

Raw material preparation, slurry mixing, riser molding production, drying, packaging.

Installation Steps:

(1) Connect the suction port on the worm gear and the vacuum settling tank suction port with a vacuum hose.

(2) Connect the cylinder and the air compressor with the air pipe.

(3) Power connection: connect the stirring motor and the electric control box.

(4) Power-on test.
