Calçados Itapuã S/A-CISA was founded by Mathias Severino in the city of Itapemirim, ES.

Severino was a great craftsman, a shoes and sandals maker. He was also a great worker, entrepreneur and footwear businessman. He dreamed of building a firm that represented a major contribution to the country, to the consumer and also to his employees.

Today, more than 1,500 people are continuing the dream started by him, knowing that all began over 50 years, with only a street shop with the manufacturing of sandals in the back of it.

Over time, the company built a sandals factory in Cachoeiro and started offering the ITAPUÃ sandals, male model, to the whole country and to the international market.

As a result, the company has structured a retail chain of multi brand footwear, the ITAPUÃ Shoes, reaching more than 100 stores in three states.
