In 1979 is founded by young entrepreneurs and Maurilio Calvi Ozires Dalvi, in the district of the IMJ Jaciguá Jaciguá Marble Industry.

With the death of Ozires Dalvi, assumes his brother John Baptist Dalvi. Later the company buys a bed of white marble is created and also Mining Company LTD Lambeth, where they were extracted, Gold Honey, Almond Jaciguá, Moon Valley and Golden Shadow.
