The roller ditching, lettering, knurling of the socketall can be done simultaneously, and any style of the knurled mold (gear flowers or mesh flowers)is applicable which solved the current processing defects of sockets in the market that requires two processing procedures and need two equipment of machines to accomplish the processing tasks which is for the purpose of saving labors and equipment cost.
Each mold set is attached with a movable height adjusting device with buffering functions to prevent damage onto the engraving mold and the lettering mold and it is suitable to applying to the existing sockets for both long and short ones.
The turntable plate has a gear speed controller and it can be moved easily with the operator.
The six number digital counter is available and any producing quantity demanded could be set as expected.
The function of the controller:To control the movement of forwarding and reversing by inches and count the quantity automatically.
The turntable plate is made by special steel material and the motor gear adopts hard transmission structure.
The vibration plate can be used to sort and array the materials as per the fixed direction for feeding and can be installed the extra, automatic feeding tank in addition.
