It is the purest Bee Pollen, produced from the flowers of coconut trees (Cocos nucifera), in northeastern Bahia. Dehydrated Bee Pollen is a super source of vegetable protein, which uses a unique biotechnological process in Brazil to sterilize and break down the cellulose layer that protects the pollen grain and thus allows better absorption of its noble nutrients. Source of energy with proteins and more than 20 types of amino acids. Nowadays, it is known that pollen's macronutrient content makes it a good complement to the daily diet, mainly due to the well-balanced proportions of proteins, lipids and carbohydrates.
