Grapes: Castelão and Aragonez
Sparkling wine made using the classic method. The base wine was produced with temperature control. Inoculated with specific selected yeasts for sparkling wine production. Fermented in a cold chamber for 3 months. Aged in the bottle until disgorgement for at least 12 months.
Tasting Notes: With a vibrant pink hue, this elegant rosé sparkling wine reveals notes of mint and raspberry. On the palate, it has a delicate and persistent mousse. It is fresh and full of liveliness.
Perfect with soft cheeses, salads, and summer fruits.
Alcohol Content: 12% vol.
