■Product Overview
Polyether water-soluble demulsifier series products are mainly polymer polyethers with different molecular weights obtained by polymerization of initiators containing different functional groups such as high carbon alcohol, propylene glycol, glycerol, pentaerythritol, polyethylene polyamine and various resins with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide blocks, which have good wettability and strong flocculation and coalescence ability.
Polyether oil-soluble demulsifier series products are mainly based on polyols, polyethylene polyamines and various resins as initiators and propylene oxide and ethylene oxide blocks to obtain polyethers of different molecular weights, and use different cross-linking agents to crosslink selected polyether monomers, and esterify specific polyether monomers with unsaturated substances, polymerize through initiators, increase the molecular weight of polyether demulsifier and improve its solubility performance, increase the dehydration rate and dehydration rate of demulsifier, reduce the amount of demulsifier, and reduce the dehydration temperature.

■Performance characteristics
Water-soluble demulsifiers are widely used for demulsification and dehydration of heavy oil and thin oil; Some products are developed for the treatment requirements of poly-flooding, binary and ternary composite flooding produced liquids, with fast dewatering speed, clear water quality and low dosage; Some products have good low-temperature dehydration performance at about 30-35°C; Some products can be used for crude oil desalination and salt washing in refineries, with high dehydration and desalination rates.
Oil-soluble demulsifier is suitable for demulsification and dehydration of produced fluids with different properties in different blocks of oilfield, with fast demulsification and dehydration speed, good compatibility with crude oil, rapid diffusion, high final dehydration rate, low oil water content after dehydration, complete oil-water interface, and low dosage.
