HLIS high-frequency and high-acceleration horizontal impact test bench is a high-energy, high-frequency impact collision environment test equipment used to simulate the impact of the specimen when firing continuously when the firearm is fired, with a maximum impact frequency of up to 600 times per minute, and a maximum impact acceleration peak of 1500g at the highest impact frequency, and has the characteristics of good repeatability, simple operation, safety and reliability.
How it works

The two-way working cylinder is adopted, and the pulse working pressure air source is input by the two-way pneumatic piston seat and the high-frequency and large-flow control valve installed below, which drives the reciprocating motion of the impact response table. The speed is regulated by the PC control motor to control the speed of the high-frequency and high-flow valve, so that the impact response table works according to the frequency requirements of 500~600 times/minute.
Peculiarity:
a. It is used to simulate the impact of the specimen under the condition of continuous high-speed impact, so as to assess the adaptability, working reliability and structural integrity of the specimen to this impact;
b. High impact frequency: the maximum continuous impact frequency can reach 600 times/min;
c. The peak value of the maximum impact response spectrum can reach 1500g;
d. Convenient operation and easy maintenance;
e. The magnitude of acceleration depends on the set pressure, and will not decrease with the increase of impact frequency;
f. The magnitude of impact acceleration, impact frequency, impact number and impact time can be set by computer.
