We have a Mobile Unit for Regeneration and Treatment of Insulating Oil for power transformers without the need to shut down the equipment.
This service has an impact on the increase in transformer life as well as the following advantages:

o Realization of regeneration services with the transformer energized normally and at full load, regardless of its power and voltage class;
o Significant reduction in lead time, technically when we perform the regeneration and treatment of the oil with the energized transformer, there is an increase in the performance of the treatment due to the non-loss of temperature of the windings and active part, indirectly improving the dehumidifying of the active part;
o Absence of oil losses in the process because in the conventional method it is estimated that the loss of oil in the process can reach 10% of the total volume, with our method this percentage drops to zero;
o Quality and durability of regenerated oil after the regeneration process the oil is in better condition compared to the new oil;
o Absence of risk of contamination of the transformer oil by PCB's, regeneration is done in the same place and with the transformer oil in service, there is no risk of contamination of this oil, because before the beginning of the work we guarantee through technical reports the exemption of our equipment.
