RP molded grating is a kind of fiberglass structural plate wish meshes, using high-strength E glass roving as a reinforcement material and thermosetting resin as a reinforcing material
matrix, which is then cast in a special metal mold.
The density of FRP grating is about 1.8, only one-quarter of steel, two-thirds of aluminum, 10 times stronger than rigid polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and absolute strength exceeds that of aluminum and ordinary steel.
Compared to other flooring materials, FRP molded grating offers unmatched impact resistance and a strength-to-weight ratio of only a quarter that of steel grating. It is easy to cut and install, has a uniform structure and perfect bidirectional mechanical properties.
