We are a buying agency acting on behalf of established coffee chain operations in Japan, seeking to expand our supplier network for green coffee beans. With prior experience in sourcing and delivering container shipments of Brazilian Arabica coffee to Yokohama, Japan, we are interested in establishing reliable and long-term sourcing relationships with qualified suppliers.

We welcome direct contact from Coffee Cooperatives, Producer Associations, Producer-Linked Exporters, and Farms or Farm Groups with Export Capability.

We are particularly interested in suppliers capable of supporting recurring container shipments for the Japanese market and offering Direct Origin Sourcing, Transparent Supply Chain, Consistent Quality and Volume, Competitive and Sustainable Pricing, and Long-Term Cooperation Potential.

Interested suppliers are invited to provide their Company Profile, Origin and Available Coffee Varieties, Current Crop Availability, Export Experience, Export Capability and Logistics Information, and Previous Export Experience to Japan (if applicable).

Preference will be given to cooperatives, producers, or producer-linked exporters with direct access to origin supply. Upon review of qualified responses, a formal Letter of Interest (LOI), together with detailed product specifications, quantity requirements, quality standards, and commercial terms, will be issued for further discussion.
