We are looking into manufacturing and assembly of our PCBA for smart ring. Please find attached the Fabrication and Assembly data. We also need your help to procure a battery of size specified in fab drawing document Points to note : Fabrication notes are available in the fabrication drawing folder Microvias are with pad size of 0.3mm with 0.1mm hole size. This needs to be assessed to ensure the both U1 and U3 can be soldered with this mircovia size. I've provided the annular pads for the battery tabs and charger. We'll change it once you provide more info about the battery and its landing pattern. Please check to see if the current design is fit for the bending the circuit into circle as per smart ring. Please let us know if you need any changes at all. Can you advise on the bending radius for the flex on this? Please ignore silkscreen outside the board. Can you please provide us the quote for 5 PCBAs? Estimated Quantity 5
