Product obtained by cooking, pressing, and grinding poultry by-products, which may include heads and feet. Free from feathers (except for incidental traces), hatchery residues, or foreign materials. Salmonella absent in 25g.

Nutritional specifications: Minimum Crude Protein 560 g/kg (56%), Maximum Moisture 80 g/kg, Minimum Ether Extract 100 g/kg, Maximum Mineral Matter 180 g/kg, Maximum Acidity Index 3.0 mg NaOH/g, Maximum Peroxide Index 5.0 meq O2/kg. Shelf life: 6 months.

Minimum Order: 27 metric tons. Payment: terms to be agreed upon. Incoterm: FOB.
