In the early 1970s, due to the expansion of soybean in São Paulo state, Grupo Bio Soja Químicas e Biológicas was founded in São Joaquim da Barra, São Paulo. The installation of the company in this region, specializing in the manufacture of inoculants, was strategic.

After five years of installation, José Plínio Romanini, current president of the Group, took the command. With the entry of the Romanini chair and his aggressive policy of modernization processes in industrial and commercial, in a few years, the company was already considered one of the largest and most respected in Brazil.

Now with 36 years of history, Grupo Bio Soja, in addition to offering its customers a portfolio of approximately 180 products, has a team with over 320 employees in several sectors of the Group, providing technical assistance of the highest quality, view distributors, resellers and customers in various regions of Brazil.

Another decisive factor for the quality and growth of the company is working simultaneously in five industrial units divided on several fronts, two in the city of São Joaquim da Barra, a Ituverava and two others in the city of Serrana, São Paulo. Furthermore, the group is split, thus creating a Soybean Bio Fertilizer, a particular segment that has its own technical structure and focus in the production of liquid and solid fertilizers leaf with Fertilia ® line, the Chemical and Biological Bio Soja and Granorte .

For over three decades, the Group is diversifying its Bio Soja practice area, covering the cultures of soybean, cotton, citrus, coffee, sugar cane, forestry and hortifrutigranjeiros a work that is due to a constant dedication by the Department of Research and Development company.
