Q: What is your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T in advance, 70% T/T before shipment. Or irrevocable sight LC. After stable cooperation experience, we would offer better payment condition.

Q: How do you take care when your clients received defective products?
A: If there are some defective items more than percentage that both sides agreed in the PI or SC, we usually credit to our customer or replace in next shipment.
