Banana nanica
Also known as water banana, it is one of the most consumed varieties in the country. It has a thin skin and greenish-yellow color, soft and sweet pulp, and is a mild laxative. It is mainly produced in the Northeast, Southeast, and Midwest regions of Brazil.
